Talks between government and the Nurses Association break down
President of the Barbados Nurses Association, Joannah Waterman, says negotiations between nurses and government over a proposed shift system to allow for 24 hour service at two of the island’s polyclinics, has ended in a stalemate.
She says certain demands must be met.
Joannah need to negotiate on time salary payments for the government paid nurses . If she can’t get the government to pay her nurses on time ..how can she successfully negotiate 24 hour work
