Public Service Vehicle owners want security upgrades, including increase lighting in the Constitution River Terminal, to protect commuters after hours.

Chairman of the Association of Public Transport Operators, (APTO) Kenneth Best, is concerned that the terminal is similar to a ghost town after 7 pm, …and a bus top placed in Fairchild Street, is compounding the problem for PSVs.

Mr. Best says APTO has suggested a remedy to resolve the problem.
