BERESFORD BROMEThe death is announced of BERESFORD COURTNEY BROME aged 92 of Glydor Gardens, Clermont, St. James retired Assistant Commissioner of Police of the Royal Barbados Police Force.

Beloved husband of Eunice Brome;
Father of Velda Branker, Harriette, Trevor, Hal and Wavney Brome (all of the USA);
Grandfather of Glenn and Alissa Branker, Noah Stein, Michael and Joanne Brome (all of the USA);
Great grandfather of Deanna Branker;
Brother of Enid Burnett and Eslyn Busby (both of the UK), Rufus Brome (retired Bishop of Barbados), George Brome (retired Civil Servant), Rev Dr Henderson Brome (USA) and Valentine Brome (retired Superintendent of Police, Royal Barbados Police Force);
Uncle of many;
Cousin of many;
Father-in-law of Myra Brome and Alan Stein (USA);
Brother-in-law of Vileta Charles, Dr Deborah Andrew and George Briggs (UK);

The funeral of the late Beresford Courtney Brome, retired Assistant Commissioner of Police of the Royal Barbados Police Force leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 1:15 p.m. for the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Black Rock Main Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3 p.m. for the service followed by the interment in the Churchyard. Full Military Honors will be accorded.
The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to the Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16, 2017 no later than 12 noon.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 4-6 p.m.
