Terms & Conditions of Starcom Network’s “THE DUBAI EXPERIENCE” Promotion from the February 22nd – April 9th, 2017
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Children 18 and under cannot participate in Starcom Network’s “THE DUBAI EXPERIENCE” Promotion (hereafter called the “promotion”). Only adults 18 and over will be eligible to participate.
Must have a valid passport and US Visa (valid for 6 months plus) at time of entering the draw, in the event that either of these stipulations are not met at the time of the draw Starcom Network Inc. reserves the right to draw again.
Employees of The Starcom Network or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Entry forms are distributed by participating sponsors upon receipt of proof of purchase. Entry forms are deposited into boxes provided.
Competition starts February 22nd – April 16th, 2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Winning “mum” must be able to travel May 19th – 29th, 2017
Starcom Network will not be responsible for entries not received, no matter the reason.
Starcom Network reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Starcom Network’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Starcom Network.
Starcom Network is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen via draw on April 21st, 2017 at random by a Starcom representative
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Starcom Network will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Starcom Network’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
At all times, winners are expected to conduct themselves as mature and responsible adults.
Participants must at all times adhere to the direction of the designated agents and/or employees of Starcom Network Inc (hereafter called “SNI”).
Participants agree that they are physically and medically fit and able to undertake the activities contemplated during the promotion and have verified and understand the nature of the activities.
Safety of the participants, accompanying agents and employees of SNI is paramount and no behavior will be tolerated that presents or encourages a danger to any participant, accompanying agents and/or employees of Starcom Network Inc.
Failure to abide by these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the promotion whereby the full cost of airfare, accommodation, game tickets, transportation and spending money must be refunded to SNI located on River Road, Bridgetown within 72 hours unless the General Manager agrees to an alternate term of repayment. Hereafter, SNI, its sponsors, employees, affiliates, agents or heirs will not be responsible for the offending party.
Any individual member found giving false information knowingly to SNI on the registration form will be disqualified and the full cost of the promotion for said party must be refunded to SNI located on River Road, Bridgetown within 72 hours unless the MD/CEO agrees to an alternate term of repayment.
SNI reserves the right to request any participant to withdraw from the promotion prior to its completion.
