A 17-year-old male is in custody after an attack on a young woman in the area of Chefette Rockley about 7 o’clock last night.
Video on social media showed the 20-year-old woman lying on the ground and bleeding after being struck in the back of the head with a piece of wood. She suffered a laceration to the head but did not lose consciousness.
The victim complained for a headache and was transported to QEH by ambulance in stable condition.
