A school girl is Barbados’ latest road fatality.

The girl was struck by a car and killed about 3:30 this afternoon at Lower Greys, Christ Church.

The deceased, a 12 year old, St. Phillip resident reportedly got off a bus at Lower Greys and was struck by a car as she tried to cross the road behind the bus.

She died at the scene.
