A house was destroyed in a fire at Bank Hall, St. Michael in the early hours of this morning.
Two fire tenders from the Prince Road, the Pine fire station, responded to the blaze about 3 am.
The house, located near the Empire Cricket Club reportedly had no electricity, water supply or furnishings and no official occupants but it’s suspected a vagrant may have been living in the structure.
A nearby house suffered minor heat damage to a window.
